At first Nithyananda denied that the Video of him and Ranjitha to be a fake and produced self certified proof that the video is morphed.
He declared in an affidavit that he was incapable of sexual act and was impotent.
Later in an interview to Outlook he stated that he was beyond sex.

Now the Court decided to call his bluff and ordered series of Medical tests for Nithyananda including Audio test and Erection test.
Nithyananda will declare that the test results are doctored!
Story:
Controversial godman Swami Nithyananda claims he is impotent. Not sure whether he is telling the truth or just trying to escape allegations of rape, the state’s investigative agency, CID, will subject him to medical tests.
The sleuths are taking no chances. They have written to the Victoria Hospital top brass to constitute a medical board to examine him. “We do not want one doctor testing him and later Nithyananda countering it. We are waiting for the hospital’s reply,” said a source.
Nod for audio test
The Ramanagaram court, before which Nithyananda was produced, granted the CID the go-ahead for conducting the medical test. It also gave the nod for a voice test to know if his voice matched with that in the audio samples submitted by Nithyananda’s detractors.
Sources said Nithyananda has submitted a medical report by a private doctor which claims he is impotent. Meanwhile, the CID has decided not to arrest Nithyananda for conducting these tests. Once the board is formed, they will send him a notice asking him to voluntarily appear for the tests. “If he fails, then the question of arresting him will arise,” sources said.
What are the tests a man has to go through to prove he’s impotent? Considering the sensitivity of the case, details pertaining to the panel of doctors who will be carrying out the tests on Nithyananda are kept highly confidential to check any attempts to influence them, sources said.
So, we asked a few doctors in the city, without mentioning that the person in question was Nithyananda, and here’s the light they threw on this rarely-discussed topic:
Normally, along with the blood samples, the bone marrow is also tested to assess the hormonal levels. But in Nithyananda’s case, it could go beyond this and several tests will be conducted over three-four days. These include: Blood test, supplemented with semen analysis, thyroid analysis and the use of erection-stimulating drugs.
Nithyananda will first undergo a physical examination which will tell doctors if his sexual organs have been operated on.
“Then, they will look at the possibility of erectile dysfunction. Then comes the semen analysis in which semen motility, semen count and semen appearances are tested. The sperm count and quality will throw light on whether the person is impotent. If he meets minimal standards in each of these tests, he will be considered potent,” Dr K Shastri, a city-based physician said.
An analysis of the thyroid – a major regulatory hormone – will also throw light on his infertility. According to Dr Priya Chinnappa, endocrinologist, “Low levels of T4 hormones result in a low sperm count.”
“Injecting erection-stimulating drugs is another important way to test if one is potent. An impotent person will never develop an erection even if he is injected with such drugs. However, this is not related to fertility. Men with a low sperm count will be able to get an erection with these drugs,” Dr C Ashwath, a physician, said.
Testosterone, FSH (follicle-stimulating hormone), LH (luteinizing hormone) are some other tests to determine impotence.
The results of these tests will be produced in court and will determine the course of investigation into the case filed against him by one-time confidant Lenin Karuppan.
“If the tests do not prove his impotence, Nithyananda will be in trouble,” another source added.

40 or fifty?
It is the duties of the News papers, TV and other Medias to tell about the truth of the criminal people and sex saints and they must also exhibit their pictures of the criminal people so that the common people will have awareness about these unbelievable elements.
Junior Vikatan News magazine in its issue dated 4-7-2012 has stated in the name of “Jeevan Mukthi” Arthi Rao the devotee was raped several times by Saint Nithyananda. Arthi Rao has given a 43 page affidavit with Karnataka C.I.D.Police and the police are now taking action on that. Law may leave Nithyananda but God won’t leave him without punishment.
In the interest of public awareness, I am also telling the Tamil version of Arthi Rao statement thro “You Tube.”
Lenin a.k.a Karuppan on time Confidante of revealed in a Press Conference on 30 June 2012 that 54 Videos were found to be deleted from the memory Card he had handed over to Karnataka Police.
They were recovered by th FSL and thy ar now with the Karnataka Police.
And there were two more girls in the Ranjitha Nithyananda Video.
According to sources, the CDs having the visuals of Nithyananda and Ranjitha do not conclusively prove the charges against him.
Though the visuals imply the duo were in a ‘romantic mood,’ they certainly do not prove rape charges against the swamy. An investigating officer said the CDs have the same visuals which were flashed by the media.
He said the charges under IPC 376 and IPC 377 are not going to be proved unless the victims themselves book cases of rape or unnatural sex against Nithyananda.
Though the CID interrogating officials are keen on recording statements of Ranjitha, they fear the case will collapse if she does not book charges against the swamy.
CID officials have already sent feelers to Ranjitha to record her statements before the CID, as she is considered one of the witnesses.
CID is interrogating Nithyananda under seven sections of IPC, including 295 (injuring or defiling place of worship with intent to insult the religion of any class), 295A (deliberate and malicious acts intended to outrage religious feelings of any class by insulting its religion or religious beliefs), 376 (punishment for rape), 377 (unnatural offences), 420 (cheating and dishonestly inducing delivery of property), 506 (punishment for criminal intimidation), 120B (punishment of criminal conspiracy) and 290 (punishment for public nuisance in cases not otherwise provided for).
Charges of rape and unnatural sex are the cognisable offences, which could implicate the swamy only if the victims lodge complaints against him. For the noncognisable offences, he could avail bail from the court, the investigating officer said.
Even in the case which was registered by forest officials for possessing illegal sandalwood in Dhyanapeeta, he has already availed bail from the Ramanagaram fast track court on Friday, he pointed out.
CID sources said that in an informal chat, Nithyananda told them he is not worried of criminal charges as they will not be proved against him.
Important note; Now Madurai Adheenam has become a branch of Bidadi!
2.The fight in Karnataka is kindled by the Anti Tamils in Karnataka.
I am building up the harmony between the Tamils and the Kannadugas!
Forest Brigand Veerappan said these exact words.
3.’Neither I nor my disciples attacked the reporter ’( the reporter of Tv 9 Channel filed a case of attack on him by Nithyananada and his disciples and Nithyananda was recently arrested for this).
4.’Aarthi Rao( the woman filed sexual assault case against Nithynanada) says I had sexual relations with her 50 times. She has a disease worse than AIDS.It is not necessary to have intercourse with her, by mere touch of her one would get severe infection.Check me, I have no infection’
I do not find a word of Aarthi Rao in her complaint(as reported) that Nithyananda raped her 50 times.
How come the Guru mentions the number of times?
If he does not know her how does he know she has severe infection worse than AIDS?
Juxtapose this statement with his earlier affidavit filed in the Court that he is a neuter and can not perform?
A belated, yet welcome directive from Mr.Sadananda Gowda,Chief Minister of Karnataka to Law enforcement authorities to go after Nithyannanda and the issue of arrest warrant against Nithyananda and for search of the Bidadi Ashram has made the rat Nithyananada to hole up inside Ashram and his so-called disciples started fleeing.
What is sad is the statement of a woman disciple while leaving that mundane agencies can do nothing against Nithyananda!
For a Godman he is, is it not strange that he hides as a sewer rat and his disciples whining that the food rations are running out!
He could materialize these things and maintain the Ashram!
After a high-level meeting with home ministerR Ashoka, law minister S Suresh Kumar and top police officials, including DGP Lalrokhuma Pachau, the CM said he has asked the Ramanagaram deputy commissioner and the superintendent of police to secure custody of the ashram (Dhyanapeetham) to collect evidence about its activities and seal the ashram till order is restored. However, police are awaiting government’s order to launch a crackdown.
The decision follows recent unsavoury incidents at the ashram in Bidadi. A US-based woman has, in a complaint, accused him of abusing her for five years.
Police have launched a manhunt for Nityananda, who is reportedly absconding after his devotees assaulted reporters at the ashram last week for asking inconvenient questions.
The CM said he has asked regional commissioner Shambhu Dayal Meena to submit a report on the clashes. The government will hold discussions with the law department to seek cancellation of Nityananda’s bail, recently granted bail by the high court in connection with a case of rape and criminal intimidation. Nityananda is facing criminal charges, including rape, on complaints last year by some former disciples. He was arrested and released on bail.
On June 8, police lodged criminal cases against him and his followers for allegedly assaulting a reporter during a press conference at his ashram. The FIRs were filed on complaints from a regional TV channel reporter and activists of Nava Nirmana Sene. On a counter complaint by two followers of Nityananda, police registered two FIRs against the reporter and Sene activists for alleged outrage of modesty.
The reporter complained that he was assaulted after he asked a question at a press meet convened by the god-man about Nityananda’s refusal to accept court summons on charges of sexual abuse levelled against him by a US-based woman. When Nityananda’s men denied he had not been issued any summons, the reporter showed a copy of it that eventually led to a clash between the two.
