AS SUCH THE GENERAL PRINCIPLES FOR APPROACH IN DISPUTES MAY REMAIN COMMON TO WATER DISPUTES. THE GENERAL PRINCILES MAY REMAIN AS IN INTERNATIONAL LAW APPROACH AND CONVENTION LIKE WATER COURSES USED FOR NON-NAVIGATIONAL USE AND HELSINKI RULES AT LEAST FOR ANY FUTURE DISPUTES THE INTERNATIONAL CONCEPTS BE OUR APPROACH FOR A QUICKER DISPOSAL OF CASES BY COURTS
