Changu (Tsomgo) - A lake in Heaven

April 7th 2012, a very chill,windy and cloudy saturday morning. Sharp at 8.30am my driver arrived in his Mahindra Scorpio vehicle.I was eagerly waiting for the permit pass to visit Nathula (Indo-China border situated at an altitude of 14,450 ft ) but my travel agent gave me a disappointing news saying that due to heavy snow fall and rain, military have closed Nathula for the day and the permit pass is given only up to Changu lake…
