  6. Sir: My name is Virendra Rai, Consumer No.0596,Sv.No.345207 dt.30.10.1997,TV No.21403540000251 dt.08.04.13.
    I had got my connection transferred from B.T.P.Employees Co.Opt.St.Ltd,Tribeni,Hooghly (Code 96020058) to Ghagipur (UP). Unfortunately, I could not submit my paper there and come back here in Kolkata,W.B. I contacted Officer-in-charge,customer service cell,Indane area office at Nirmal Ch.Street,Kolkata. My TV was forwardedto Chirodeep Gas Agency,435 Dumdum Park,Kolkata on 06.11.2013. M/s Chirodeep got online confirmation from the previous agency. As per their statement they donot find any response while uploading the information in the Indane server. They called me and have handed over the TV to me.
    Now at this point of time I do not know what am I supposed to do in the matter except some prompt solution from your end. It is becoming very difficult for me to meet both ends meet even after a genuine consumer of Indian Oil Corporation.
    My earlier querry in this regard a couple weeks back still remains unanswered.

  7. My gas cylinder not delivered yet after more than 17 days of booking with Indane gas at kesari gas ludhiana.Booking number 379708 dated 9.11.13
    My last delivery of gas cylinder also took 27 days from the booking date.

Myself Birendra Nath Mukherjee residence of Kasba Rathtala.My INDANE distributor is GOLDEN FAME.On 13th NOV-13 i book a refill but till now i haven’t receive yet.I called up to there land line no for further en-quire but giving excuse that not enough supply he simple gave me a date of supply after a month.And the behavior of the staff is very bad.So i arg for to take action against this.

  9. My name is Sreekala Menon. I reside in Guruvayoor. The indane dealer over here ie Sree Guruvayur Indane Services spoils the name of this sacred city. whenever I wanted to book one They will never be free. always engaged, If at all the call is connected , they will take phone and keep it down I have seen it personally. My customer number is 21209. When we go there and book they say that minimum 60 days is required for us to get a refill. Our connection is very old. We have asked for a second cylinder 10 months back but still they are not at all taking any interest . Please do some thing for this at the earliest.

  10. respected sir/madam it is kindly request to you that m/s ambay enterprises yamuna nagar haryana indanel.p.g distributor is total cheat person he always cheating with their customer , large no. of black marketers sitting with the owner. and he provide them delivery coupon at very high price. with these delivery slips these black marketers go to the godown and carry clynder in large quantity(9 to 20 clynder). there is not checked the copy by delivery man. the attitude of the owner and is employee is not right. they always insult the customer. if any one try to ask any question about his delivery they start misbehave with them.but the black marketers always sitting inside with the owner, owner take 4to 5 copies and give them delivery slips. there is not fix time of supply gas.after 10.00a.m the delivery slips are closed by the owner. and godown also close 10.30 or 11.am. but open for black marketers always.so please take strictly action against this agency owner and its staff. thanking yo

    It is also inform you that Refill booking date :- 13th September,2013 vide booking no. – 541919 and cash memo no.- 10435 on 26th September,2013 and date of delivery for booking date 19.09.2013 ( as per electronics system)but till date I have not received any refill but whose booking date after 13.09.2013, they receive their refill “HOW IS IT JUSTIFIED”.

  13. Dear sir, As we took Indane gas connection in Prakasam district at Anitha Gas Agency, Bestavaripeta. My father has shifted to Guntur in JUNE. Till now our gas connection has not transfered. If any of us asks owner about this he always says INTERNET IS NOT WORKING. We all fed up with his behaviour . My father is a middle class employee. It is terrible in house with out Gas cyilinder. The connection is on my mother name by Ch.Vani Lakshmi. Consumer no. AI000288. We didnt receive any message from him. So, piease make him to transfer gas connection. My family members hope that you will talk to him and transfer our connections back.

    • As I have said in the post and in the comments column, please get in touch with the Company’s Sales Officer, whose name and Phone number will be displayed in the Distributors office.
      If you do not get action, meet the area office,Zonal office whichever is available in your town.
      You may also lodge a complaint in the Interactive Phone number you use for booking gas, select complaints option, record your grievance.
      You may also do this in their Helplines mentioned in the post/posts.

    Sub.:- PROFUSE LEEKAGE IN LPG GAS CYLINDER AND REFUSAL OF DISTRIBUTOR IN REPLACING THE SAME, DESPITE REPORT OF THE SERVICE ENGINEER CALLED ON EMERGENCY CALL AT 11 PM ON 29.09.2013.CONSUMER NO.12211. DETAILS GIVEN IN ATTACHMENT.
    My INDANE LPG (Domestic) Consumer No. is 12211. Distributor is Vijay Rattan Enterprises,(EAST DELHI). On Sep.29,2013,We installed a fresh cylinder. It started leaking immediately. Instantly, Called the EMERGENCY SERVICE AT 10 PM. Person visited namely Mr. Satinder Pal Singh at 11 PM. After thorough Checking of Cylinder, he Established the profuse Leakage- He Stated Pin of Cylinder is FAULTY & he is unable to change it. He Gave in writing vide Complaint No.24282 saying “Cylinder’s Pin Leaking-Cylinder to be changed by the AGENCY”. Since MORNING Repeatedly Calling the Distributor/Agency unrelenlessly, could talk to them only in the evening. After plenty of busy tones,(It seemed that all the Phones were put-off the hooks), they (First, Ms. Anu, banged the phone,without listening & then after repeated calls, Mr. Rajesh-Did not divulge their full name despite asking), Both Replied VERY RUDELY & OFFENCIVELY, INABUSIVE LANGUAGE. They categorically Said, We will not change the Cylinder, despite Service Engineer’s Report.
    HENCE TAKE NOTICE FOR LEGAL ACTION FOR DAMAGES FOR CRIMINAL BREACH OF TRUST, HARASSMENT, MENTAL TORTURE & ALSO WILL BE COMPELLED TO INITIATE CONSUMER COURT FOR DEFICIENCY & REFUSAL & FAILURE TO PROVIDE SERVICES IN, WITH PUNITIVE COSTS. Immediate Redressal & Change of Cylinder is URGENTLY sought for, FAILING WHICH ACTION IS LIABLE TO BE INITIATED AGAINST Indian Oil Corpn. and including its top OFFICIALS, for the same.

  16. I am a customer of Indane and a resident of Kuttippuram, Malappuram, Kerala. Con No 19672. Distributor : Vasudha Gas Services, Kuttippuram 679571. I have booked for a refill cylinder on 19/7/2013 and even after 50 days the distributor is not able to supply refill. Such willful delay has becomes a regular practice. the last supply was on 1/7/2013, many complaints made… no reply. suggest what to do? sales officer’s number is in out of coverage! rang up to Area office Calicut, no action has taken so far.

I would like to place a complaint against Nataraj Enterprises in Yelahanka New town Bangalore 106.The connection is in the name of Alfred R Victor and refill booking was done on 2nd Aug 2013 and I received a msg on 13th aug that the cylinder would be delivered shortly .I have been waiting till today 6th sept and there is no sign of any delivery.when I reached them over after several calls they tell that it was booked only yesterday and then what about the two msgs I received registration and delivery?

  18. I am consumer of indane gas distributor of Avtaar Flame Center at Ludhiana (Punjab). and my consumer number is AT-15780 of Hira Ram prasad. The name mistake in Idane gas distributor record Hira Ram Prasad instead of Hari Ram Prasad, I am submitted the Id proof of Hari Ram Prasd but here clerical mistake of Hira ram prasad, Now to suggest me for name correction processor.

    weneva i visit the office for the query relatd to my gas cylinder the response frm the membr i get always is 0%…..recntly some days bfore i visitd the office to take the query ralating to LPG subsedary..
    firstly i askd to the lady sitting at buking countr she was nt even to here my words, i waitd fr some time than i askd one more lady sittng beside her this lady she just doesnt knw so she said me to ask her the bside lady , i again askd the lady whu sat in frnt to the computer, the lady response was such a aggressive even than also i continued to ask the complete info but the lady was nt ready to tel the complete info…..so, i movd and askd the another man whu was at bside me..

    i jst want to request the higher authority of indane gas please take the action on it and provide some appropriate help to us……

    My name is Deepak Kumar Mohapatra. I have a gas connection on my mothers name( Sushila Mohapatra .My mother is residing with me. The consumer no is 23207. which is comes under Venkatasai gas agency, Madhapur, hyderabad-500081. ( ph-040-23110572)
    I had gone to transfer the connection on my name. So I had contacted to customer care on phone about the transfer procedure & transfer charges. They advice me meet to local indane gas dealer & there will be around Rs 100 rupees have to pay as per transfer charges. When I went to My gas dealer at Venkatasai gas Agency , They gave me a kyc form, & two affidavit form & told me there will be extra amount need to pay them as per new gas connection cost. Then I again contacted to customer care & noticed them about the fact, They told me, You have a coneccetion on your mothers name then why extra amount ? only transfer charges should be pay only. not pay extra amount. So plz help me sir. I requesting you Please inform to Venkatasai gas Agencies & Solve my problem

    • Please contact the Sales officer of the IOC, whose name will be displayed in the Gas Agency premises.
      If he does not respond positively, contact the Regional Office,Hyderabad/Secunderabad.
      Simultaneously you can lodge a complaint in the IOC web site.

  24. I, Rajesh Thapa got transfered from Bikaner (Con. No. at bikaner is 10303) and termination voucher – 8001073988 dt 18 Mar 2013, SV No 508681480 dt 28 jul 2010 from Dist Code 115734, AWWA Bharat Gas , 524 ASC Bikaner, c/o 56 APO to Gangtok, Sikkim. Here in Gangtok I have apply for connection at Indane, ASC Gas Gangtok and submitted application with TV for my gas connection. when apply for confermation. Folowing error show “TRN SV process error show”, so we are unable to proceed.
    Pls. Help Me.

    • I think this is a software or data Input error,
      Please contact Bharat Gas regional office or sales Officer, whose name will be available at the Bharat Gas gas Agency.
      By the way, please check if Bharat Gas connection is transferable to Indane.
      I do not think it is possible unless there is a special arrangement for Sikkim.
      If they have Bharat Gas Agency at Gangtok, please apply there

  25. I am Masood Alam, My indane gas connection no 9062 at Lucknow, Shankar gas . The regulator is not seting with cylinder. so I have complaint on 21.6.2013 but no response till now. It is fact that Shankar Gas is providing domestic cylinder for commercial purpose.

  26. My consumer no. is 17240 of sathya indane gas agency, tenkasi. We have booked for refill on 18.5.2013. For every refill we book, there is delay in recieving, perhaps more than 10 days every month.. wt to do..Moreover many at times, no one will attend the call…

I am having Indane gas connection under consumer number : 14534 and the distributor is M/s Coorg Gas connection and their distributor number is 117528. they changed my pass book with new one and they collected Rs. 45/ for this book and I had to pay. When asked for receipt they said there is no receipt for this .. This cost is not even mentioned in the book. When this is supplied by the company , i need clarification. .

      True, it is not correct.

  30. Hi, i am serving in Army and i transfered a Indane LPG connection from Delhi to Chidambaram (Tamilnadu) Sri Subham Gas Agency. Due to non availability of Ration Card i had submitted some documents likes name removal documents from old ration card my self and my wife alongwith address proof and identity proof. I got new connection from Gas Agency. Now the agency locked the connection and asked ration card for booking cylinder. i am facing difficulties by this matter.The Govt of Tamilnadu state stopped the issue of ration cards further orders. Please give me some suggestion to relief from this problems.

    • There is a provision for non ration card holders to file an affidavit to the effect and be notarized.
      This is acceptable to the Gas Companies,
      In case of difficulty’ check with Indane Sales Officer, whose number will be displayed in the Agency.
      Also contact Indane Helpline.
      If you still have problems contact Indane Regional office Chennai.
      I do not foresee any problems.
      If you have an Aadhhaar Card or electoral ID, it would be easy.

  32. We had transfer our gas connection from nainital to hyderabad but due to some reason we donnt wont to follow this transfer so how will we get our gas connection back in nainital ( indane gas)

    • Technically it is not possible and it is not also correct.
      However you may apply for a new Gas connection in some one else’s name-with necessary documents with an affidavit that the person has no connection -(other than the one in whose name name the present connection is)
      You may surrender the present Gas connection.

  33. My consumer no.is CGS21595 of Chow Gas Service. The complaint no.18002333555 is not responding is continuously showing busy. The gas is still not delivered after ten days.

      If other places contact the regional offices if they are located there or contact the sales Officer whose phone number will displayed at the gas Agency
