In those days, there were no Division of States as Andhra,Tamil Nadu etc.The whole world was considered as Jumbooth Dweepa.Bharata Varsha was a part of it.
Even now our Sankalpa states, Jambooth Dwepe,Bharata Varshe Bharata Kande,Meroo: Dakshine parsve’(indicates South of Meru).\Dravida means South, i.e. south of Vindhyas.
Entire Southern Area from Vindhya down through the entire South,Sri Lanka,South Asia,Polynesia ans Australia was one land mass ,called ‘Lemuria Continent’
